Real Estate Technology ServiceNow Nuvolo/Workplace Service Delivery – Consultant
Location – Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai

Our team helps clients optimize space utilization, enhance facility operations, digitize capital project workflows, Lease Management and make data-driven decisions for agile workplaces. We also support ESG and DEI objectives through innovative technology solutions.

At I&RE – Real Estate Technology, ServiceNow Nuvolo/WSD team, you -
- Review existing client process, system design and documentation
- Assist in conducting client interviews and workshops
- Implement and deploy Real Estate Technologies: ServiceNow/Nuvolo/WSD for Deloitte’s global clients
- Assist with development of project deliverables as required including
- Functional requirements
- As-is and to-be process flows
- Current and future state technology diagrams
- Functional design documents
- Requirements gap analysis
- Use cases and test cases
- Test and training plans
- Traceability matrices
- Training materials
- Assist Team Leads to successfully liaise between clients and the technical team to interpret and ensure that business requirements are accurately reflected in the solution
- Conduct data migration activities with transformations based on client requirements
- Participate in discovery and analysis of client needs
- Assist in the production of demo scripts and assist in preparation of demo environment
- Assist in live demonstrations with clients
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics, Widget, Instance, and Pages
- Experience between 3-5 years with ServiceNow Certified ServiceNow administrator (active certification)
- Strong scripting background with experience coding with AngularJS, JavaScript
- Hands on experience in all client side and server-side objects of ServiceNow like Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policy, Catalog UI Policy, BR, Script Include, ACL, Form Design, Form Layout changes, Workflows(with experience using major activities in workflow along with activities used for orchestration),UI Action, Ui Context Menu, Transform Maps, configuring DS, writing Email scripts, Email notification, Email Templates, Field Styles, Dynamic Pages, Static Pages
- Experience of working with Data Migration and ERP/IWMS Implementation engagements
- Software integration experience utilizing Web Based API - SOAP, REST API
- Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members
- Project Management skills, with emphasis on on-time deliverables management
- Experienced in overseeing platform upgrades, patching, and release management
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies
- Experience with mobile development, Ajax, Jelly, Glide, and jQuery
- Integration experience with Web Services, Middleware Solutions such as TIBCO, J2EE, J2ME, JSP, Servlets, Java Scripts, JDBC, AJAX, XML, SQL Server 2008R/2012, Oracle 9i/10g/11g, MS-Access, My SQL, EDI, XSLT, .Net or other integration technologies
- Ability to perform scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Rules, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
- Ability to develop custom UI changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to proposal development
- Experience/Understanding of real estate, facilities management, maintenance and operations, capital projects and condition assessments preferred
