We help clients unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.

As a Consultant in our practice, you will have an opportunity to work on a variety of different projects, across many different industries and with colleagues from around the globe. In this role, you will:

  • Advise our clients on infrastructure decisions that strategically align with their organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance to clients on all aspects of the capital project delivery and execution process across the entire project lifecycle, with a focus on project controls, scheduling, cost and schedule assurance, risk analysis and avoidance, and project governance.
  • Collaborate with client team members to gather and analyze information, prepare potential solutions, and communicate recommendations to relevant stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of deliverables.
  • Assess construction execution documentation to identify non-conformance issues and produce detailed audit reports.
  • Perform an independent evaluation of environmental liabilities for our audit clients to validate the management assumptions.
  • Utilize advanced construction analytics to transform complex data into actionable insights for project delivery improvement and decision-making.
  • Evaluate and enhance capital project programs, focusing on management processes and risk controls.
  • Contribute to collaborative problem-solving efforts within the team and develop innovative solutions to address client challenges.
  • Maintain responsibility for ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist in sales proposal development, as requested.
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients



Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or civil engineering preferred) or construction management.
  • 2-5 years of architecture/engineering/construction related experience.
  • Proven, in-depth experience in project controls and project management.
  • Demonstrated experience working on major construction projects.
  • Proficient with cost auditing techniques, forensic scheduling analysis, earned value management tools.
  • Providing construction dispute support including documentation review, analyzing issues related to dispute and cost/schedule assessment for client projects.
  • Ability to review and interpret construction documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

·       Hands-on experience on Primavera Tools and Microsoft Project.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in architecture or engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or civil engineering preferred) or construction management and MBA
  • Possession of at least one of the professional certifications such as PMP.
  • Proficiency in using Project Management tools, including Oracle Unifier, Procore, Hexagon Ecosys, Kahua, Primavera P6, and Power BI
  • Prior experience working in a professional services firm or within a Big 4 environment.
