Position Summary

Level: Consultant
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs using .NET Core/.NET 9+ and C#.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using Angular (v19+), Bootstrap, and Material UI.
• Integrate cloud services (Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage) into application architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
• Support the integration of GenAI features (e.g., chatbots, document summarization) using Azure OpenAI Service.

The team

Our Innovation & Technology (I&T) team specializes in building software solutions that empower clients to effectively manage the dynamic data and complex processes involved in mergers and acquisitions.
As a .NET Consultant within our M&A-focused team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative technology products that drive Deloitte’s M&A business forward. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, support integration of advanced analytics and GenAI features, and ensure our products address evolving client needs throughout the M&A lifecycle.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core/Framework).
• Experience with Angular or React front-end frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
• Exposure to Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, and data visualization
• Exposure to GenAI/AI integration (OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services).
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI-powered user experiences.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Azure DevOps, Git).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Education:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (3 Year) within a technical field.
