Level: Senior Consultant/ Consultant
Title: Full Stack Engineer – Python Backend, React/Angular Frontend, AI Tools
Join a collaborative team delivering production-grade web applications that create real business impact. As a Senior Consultant, you will design and build enterprise-scale solutions across both backend and frontend, with a focus on API development and seamless integration. You’ll use modern AI tools to boost productivity, work with technologies like Docker for deployment, and help guide projects from planning to delivery. This role offers a chance to work on innovative projects blending predictive analytics and cutting-edge technology, while mentoring junior engineers and partnering with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality web applications across backend and frontend.
- Translate Figma or similar UI designs to functional features using React.js (or Angular) and TypeScript.
- Build and operate RESTful APIs and services using Python (FastAPI/Flask highly preferred), including robust authentication and security integrations (OAuth2/JWT, mTLS, etc.).
- Integrate frontend components with backend logic via secure APIs.
- Containerize applications using Docker; optionally orchestrate with Kubernetes.
- Implement and enforce best practices for testing (pytest, Jest), code quality, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize for performance and scalability across the full stack.
- Work closely with DevOps, data scientists, and product managers to ship features efficiently.
- Actively use and promote advanced AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT plugins) to improve development productivity.
- Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, innovation-driven engineering culture.
- 5+(OR 3+) years of professional experience in full stack or backend-focused engineering roles.
- Expert-level experience in Python for backend development; must have shipped production APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Strong frontend skills: React.js or Angular, TypeScript, Material UI/component libraries.
- Demonstrated use of AI-oriented development tools and plugins (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI).
- Deep experience with Docker, Git, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD tooling.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL/SQL and caching (e.g., Redis).
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with agentic architectures or building with frameworks like LangChain.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI workflow orchestration, or autonomous agent design.
- Familiarity with Storybook, Ladle, JFrog, and DevOps toolchains.
- Experience integrating with artifact repositories and secrets managers (e.g., Doppler).
