Job Role: ServiceNow Developer, Senior Consultant
Work you’ll do
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs as part of requirement gathering.
· Develop comprehensive design solutions that address business requirements.
· Develop and configure technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, catalogs, update sets, scheduled jobs, import sets, transform maps, Discovery, ACLs, and notifications.
· Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions.
· Manage the deployment process to ensure smooth transition and integration into the production environment.
· Commit to the continuous improvement and learning of development and ServiceNow best practices, tools, and technology.
· Provide administrative ServiceNow support, including advanced support via troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis.
· Integrations with REST APIs, other ServiceNow instances, with other ticketing tools.

Qualifications and Experience
Required:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
· At least 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Development.
· Experience working with ITSM such as incident management, change management, request, and problem management.
· Experience in designing and developing service catalogs, client scripts, update sets.
· Experience working with integrations through REST APIs and working with JSON objects.
· Experience working with ITOM Implementation such as service mapping, discovery, event management.
· Knowledge about ServiceNow GenAI offerings such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, CSM.
· Good understanding of ITIL concepts.
· Willing to learn new concepts/modules as per project needs
· Basic knowledge in Python for custom scripts.
· Effective communication skills, ownership, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude, fostering teamwork and idea-sharing in product development.
· A desire to take initiative and continuously work on improving the service.
