Work you’ll do
Responsible for managing end to end delivery and management of multiple global SAP HCM / Success Factors AMS projects. This role involves in-depth understanding of processes across various HCM and SF modules and the ability to define various strategies and leading teams.
• Play lead roles preferably on multiple projects. Understands project statuses, understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points, manage the service transitions
• Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures
• Experience and ability to work in an onsite/offshore model supporting US and global clients
• Deliver HR solutions to clients leveraging past domain experience and Deloitte tools and methodologies
• Support pre-sales and sales activities working with US and India based leaders
• Provide quality assurance of deliverables across multiple projects
• Support the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship and coaching
• Participate in practice development and knowledge transfer activities
• Manage operational activities for the practice in India
• Ownership of operational activities related to staffing, recruiting and training
• Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
• Ensure client satisfaction targets are achieved
• Ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success
• Act as a HCM / Successfactors subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on business processes

Our US India regions are a part of our US firm, which enable our consultants to drive world-class client service. They are hence referred to as US India. HC Operate is a rapidly growing service offering and we are looking for talented colleagues to join our practice. Our practice is the leading group for cloud technology work and our consultants are world class driving technical and functional solutions for our clients both in US and globally.
The HC Operate offering focuses on providing Application Management Services, which include Workday, Oracle Cloud, SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, Kronos, ConnectMe and LaborWise.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing a part of the business, growing our business, leading sales pursuits, managing and delivering on multiple projects and performance management of people in your teams. This is a leadership role with our practice.
Qualifications
• Required B.Tech/B.E/MBA/MCA
• 15+ years of experience in SAP HCM /SAP SuccessFactors
• Consulting and project management experience in delivering and Operate engagements on SaaS applications in HCM Space (Cloud experience is a must)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• This position would require at least 50% of the time to be spent on client service while, the remaining time would be spent towards practice building, staffing and recruiting
• Client service is a key component of this role and the person will be expected to provide leadership to teams based in India
• Extensive experience working on HR projects as a leader, team management, subject matter expertise and an expert in Technology
• Experience leading large, multi-region, Operate engagements with overall team size of more than 80 team members/consultants
• Experience in HR processes and having worked on multiple projects in the HR process domain
• Understands HCM maintenance strategies across work, understands review processes and sets standards and checkpoints to ensure quality deliverables, understands how HR application interfaces with other modules / third party applications and respective dependencies
• Should have experience in leading multiple large disparate teams in a global delivery model
• Ability to leverage HR domain subject matter expertise to provide hands on guidance on projects, sales pursuits etc.
• Ability to support the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship, and coaching
• Should have high energy level and passion for technology
• Ability to clearly demonstrate the advantages of a proposed approach or solution.
