Our Human Capital team helps Deloitte client service teams support value creation through people's performance. We guide teams in reimagining work, the workforce, and the workplace across the enterprise, and help in transforming HR functions with AI and emerging technology. Position Summary

Level: Manager

As an experienced Manager, you will oversee the delivery of enterprise-scale change management solutions, lead cross-functional teams, drive client conversations, and mentor junior practitioners. You will collaborate to understand overarching change requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end change management delivery, including resource estimations and strategic planning, to ensure successful outcomes.

The Team:

The Organization Workforce & Change practice focuses on transforming the organization to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. This could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, and redesigning the organization structure. It will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together. 

Role and Responsibilities

As an experienced Manager, you will:

Design and execute change management strategy/programs and associated activities for large-scale transformation projects including, but not limited to, stakeholder engagement, change assessment, training strategy and development, communications plan, organization design and governance, and culture solutions that enable industry-leading clients to meet and exceed their digitalization goals.

Outline and guide design of change strategy components, including organization architecture, go-to-market journey, deployment approach, and end-user onboarding experience.

Manage resource allocation on projects and their utilization during the entire change management lifecycle.
Design tailored organizational change architectures that address complex transformational requirements.
Regularly track status of change management project plan deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational timelines/objectives, and report out to senior client/project leadership.
Lead/manage one or more teams responsible for developing and deploying change programs for technical implementations, digitalization and emerging technology initiatives.
Liaise with leads from other workstreams and subject matter experts (SMEs). 
Perform quality assurance across project deliverables to ensure they meet Deloitte and client quality standards. 
Regularly manage, mentor, and evaluate team of junior practitioners to support their career progression.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client/project leadership, anticipate project risks/watch items and propose mitigation strategies to client teams, to remove roadblocks for the development team. 
Lead and manage business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development/sales pursuits, client presentations, etc.
Lead and contribute to practice developmental growth and innovation through initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.


Qualifications:
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
10 - 15 years of hands-on experience in industry or consulting in learning and development/organization design/organization change management/digital and cloud solutions space
Previous client-facing experience on leading technology implementation/transformation change management projects in a relevant industry or consulting environment
Plan and manage complex projects and ensure timely work delivery
Ability to lead multiple teams/sub-teams, with ownership of on-time completion of deliverables for your team(s)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience of stakeholder engagement and team morale/relationship-building
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner certification
Experience with ERP/Technical systems e.g. Workday/Oracle/SAP 
Advanced analytical skills, with experience of working on tools like MS Excel, Tableau/PowerBI, MS Access, etc.
Experience with survey and digital adoption platforms like WalkMe, Whatfix 
Experience with digital communication and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, etc.)
Experience of working on Recording and Authoring Tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, uPerform, UPK, etc.

Education: 
Required: BE/B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc. (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university   
Preferred: Master’s degree (MA/MS) or MBA in Human Resources Management or related field from an accredited university
