Our Human Capital team helps Deloitte client service teams support value creation through people's performance. We guide teams in reimagining work, the workforce, and the workplace across the enterprise, and help in transforming HR functions with AI and emerging technology. Position Summary

Level: Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work you’ll do:

Across our service offerings, you will:

• Develop broad consulting skills; gather and research data; develop pertinent and thoughtful analyses; contribute to the creation of deliverables related to learning development / change management / technology, and large-scale transformations

• Develop conclusions from analysis; take responsibility for creating and leading portions of deliverables

• Lead and evaluate analysis to draw conclusions and develop insightful recommendations and solutions, design deliverable content

• Plan and manage moderately complex engagements; structure, review, and validate analysis, recommendations, and deliverables

The team:

The Organization Workforce & Change practice is about transforming the organization to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, and redesigning the organization structure. It will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

  • 5 - 9 years of hands-on experience in industry or consulting in learning and development/organization design/change management/digital and cloud solutions space. Substantial experience in project management, leading teams, and client facing role.
  • Experience of working on Recording and Authoring Tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, uPerform, UPK, etc.
  • Plan and manage complex projects and ensure timely work delivery
  • Lead teams/sub-teams and perform quality assurance and reviews
  • Develop training and/or change strategy and define client specific training and/or change activities aligned with project objectives
  • Lead training collateral development for ILTs, WBTs, and other formats like Nano-videos, inclusive of training curriculum, training course outlines, storyboards, training courses, and training evaluation
  • Support change management activities, including development of materials for change impact analysis, readiness surveys and associated analysis, communications and engagement materials
  • Manage resource allocation on projects and their utilization during the project lifecycle
  • Structure, review, and validate deliverables, analysis, and recommendations
  • Own on-time completion of deliverables for yourself and your team
  • Ensure deliverables meet Deloitte and client quality standards
  • Identify project risks/issues and mitigation strategies and communicate to the senior client/project leadership proactively
  • Plan and develop key project communications and regular project status tracking
  • Lead and manage firm/practice growth through firm initiatives
  • Support sales efforts such as estimations, staffing models, etc. and own small sections within the client proposal

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Familiarity with ERP systems e.g. Workday/Oracle/SAP
  • Experience working with analytical tools like Tableau

Education:

  • BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
