Position Summary

Level: Consultant

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high-quality work products to support change transformation initiatives within due timelines. Need basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements, extent of change and develop relevant support collaterals.

Develop pertinent and thoughtful analyses; contribute to the creation of deliverables related to learning development / change management / technology, and large-scale transformations 

Enhance broad consulting skills, expertise, technical skills, and leadership capability; take on broader responsibilities beyond your own work product, including the final product and team member supervision

Build relationships; communicate effectively on behalf of others as well as yourself; solve problems and bring solutions to team leadership

Manage ambiguity & moderately complex engagements; structure, review, and validate analysis, recommendations, and deliverables

The Team:

The Organization Workforce & Change practice focuses on transforming the organization to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. This could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, and redesigning the organization structure. It will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together. 

Role and Responsibilities

As an experienced Consultant, you will:

Develop comprehensive change management deliverables for large-scale business transformations. Examples: stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness surveys, communications and engagement materials (such as executive leadership messaging, awareness/go-live campaigns, newsletters, video scripts, FAQs).

Develop instructional design training collateral such as ILTs, WBTs, QRGs, job aids, and other formats like nano-videos & simulations, inclusive of training curriculum, course outlines, storyboards, courses, and training evaluation.   

Craft and execute communication and engagement strategies to support project milestones, drive user adoption, and enable successful operational changes.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment through tailored communications and engagement events (e.g., Town Halls, workshops, newsletters, digital content).

Monitor/track, measure, and report on change readiness and adoption effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics, to inform engagement approaches and adoption strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with clients and subject matter experts (SMEs) in virtual/live environments to design and deliver impactful deliverables.

Support senior team members in the planning, development, and deployment of change strategy, change messaging, and delivery formats. On occasion, perform quality assurance for junior practitioners.

Support tracking status of project plan deliverables against project’s critical milestones and provide timely updates to Project Lead/Manager regarding timelines and risks/watch items/dependencies. 

Contribute to practice development initiatives, including support proposal drafts/resource estimates, sharing best practices, and innovating new approaches.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in industry or consulting in learning and development/organization design/organization change management/digital and cloud solutions space

Demonstrated experience supporting change workstreams across business/process/technology transformation initiatives

Ability to manage ambiguity and develop creative, compelling, and visually appealing deliverables

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: 

PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner certification

Experience with ERP/Technical systems e.g. Workday/Oracle/SAP 

Strong analytical skills, with experience of working on tools like MS Excel, Tableau/PowerBI, MS Access, etc.

Experience with digital communication and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, etc.)

Experience of working on recording and authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, uPerform, UPK, etc. 

Familiarity with project management capabilities

Education: 

Required: BE/B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc. (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university   

Preferred: Master’s degree (MA/MS) or MBA in Human Resources Management or related field from an accredited university
