Join our 3,500+ USI Human Capital Practice, delivering innovative Project Management solutions for US and global clients as part of the broader Human Capital leadership group. As a Senior Leader focused on Project Management, you will drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation across complex, global engagements.

HC Forward is Deloitte’s innovation engine for Human Capital, integrating technology, data, and industry expertise to create scalable solutions and assets that extend client capabilities and drive ongoing value across all Human Capital offerings.
In this role you will -
- Extensive Program Leadership: Demonstrate deep expertise in Project, Program, and Portfolio Management, with a proven track record in PMO leadership and managing complex projects and portfolios.
- Strategic Vision & Execution: Translate organizational strategy into actionable programs that deliver growth and operational excellence.
- Executive Partnership: Advise senior leaders with strategic insights, transparent reporting, and recommendations for resource allocation and risk management.
- Governance & Accountability: Implement governance frameworks for project prioritization, compliance, and delivery of business results.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor high-performing teams, drive talent development, and foster engagement and accountability.
- Performance Management: Monitor program delivery, budgets, and KPIs; ensure outcomes meet organizational goals and standards.
- Process Innovation: Lead process improvement, automation, and technology adoption initiatives to maximize efficiency and value.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong internal and external partnerships, promote effective collaboration, and act as a visible leader in key forums.
- Risk & Change Management: Proactively address risks and lead change initiatives to support transformation.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 15+ years of PMO experience managing IT implementation and maintenance projects.
- Proven track record in Project/Program/Portfolio Management, including complex, multi-project environments.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Skilled in strategic alignment, ensuring projects support broader organizational goals.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities with experience guiding PMO teams.
- Proficient in budget management, project financials, and cost control.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in PM tools: MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Clarity, Trello, Asana.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management in high-paced, multi-project environments.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Tableau, PowerBi, VBA,
- Certification: PMP, CAPM preferred.
Education:
· BBA/BE/B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc. (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university.
