Work you’ll do
Responsible for managing end-to-end delivery and management of multiple AMS projects. This role involves in-depth understanding of processes across various HCM modules and the ability to define various strategies and leading teams.
• Understand business case, process/functional/technical requirements and play design/architecture role for Human Capital engagements providing Application Management Services for UKG Pro Suite, Infor Cloud Suite, Workforce Software.
• Play lead roles preferably on multiple projects. Understands project status, understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points, manage the service transitions, facilitate project design sessions in area of expertise
• Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures
• Experience and ability to work in an onsite/offshore model supporting US and global clients
• Deliver HR solutions to clients leveraging past domain experience and Deloitte tools and methodologies
• Ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success - across stakeholder management, scope, timeline, and resources
• Act as Human Capital subject matter expert for UKG Pro Suite, Infor Cloud Suite or Workforce Software by providing best-practice guidance on business processes
• Support pre-sales and sales activities working with US and Global leaders; understand product roadmap and competitive landscape to influence solutioning of new projects
• Provide quality assurance of deliverables across multiple projects
• Support the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship and coaching
• Participate in practice development and knowledge transfer activities
• Manage operational activities for the practice in India
• Ownership of operational activities related to staffing, recruiting and training
• Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
• Drive Innovation/Process improvements including, but not limited to, automations, conversational bots, etc.
• Ensure client satisfaction targets are achieved
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing a part of the business, growing our business, leading sales pursuits, managing and delivering on multiple projects and performance management of people in your teams. This is a leadership role with our practice.
Qualifications
• Required B.Tech/B.E/MBA/MCA
• 13+ years of experience around UKG Pro Suite, Infor Cloud Suite or Workforce Software
• Consulting and project management experience in delivering and AMS engagements in WFM space (UKG Pro Suite, Infor Cloud Suite or Workforce Software experience is must)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• This position would require 50% of his/ her time to be spent on client service while, the remaining time would be spent towards practice building, staffing and recruiting. Client service is a key component of this role and the person will be expected to provide leadership to teams based in India
• Extensive experience working on HR projects as a leader, team management, subject matter expertise and an expert in Technology
• Should have high energy level and passion for technology
• Experience leading large, multi-region, AMS engagements
• Experience in agile principles, methodologies and tools for project management
• Experience in HR processes and having worked on multiple projects in the HR process domain
• Understands HCM maintenance strategies across work, understands review processes and sets standards and checkpoints to ensure quality deliverables, understands how HR application interfaces with other modules / third party applications and respective dependencies
• Should have experience in leading multiple large disparate teams in a global delivery model
• Ability to leverage HR domain subject matter expertise to provide hands on guidance on projects, sales pursuits etc
• Ability to support the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship and coaching
• Ability to clearly demonstrate the advantages of a proposed approach or solution.
