Position Summary
Level: Manager
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 8 - 14 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with SuccessFactors
- Certification: SuccessFactors professional with valid certification is mandatory
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
For Functional role:
- 8 - 14 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors
- Support development of existing integration points and define the strategy for future integration solutions
- Work with technical teams to consolidate customer processes
- Work with client success teams to translate customer/business needs into technical procedures
- Design and improve custom data-integration procedures for individual customers
- Enhance and maintain our business intelligence platform to deliver improved analytics for end users
- Provide support and streamlining of data consolidation processes
- Experience in HR processes and should have worked on two or more projects in a functional capacity on the above-mentioned modules
- Understanding of any industry would be a plus
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Certification: Certified and experienced in one of the SuccessFactors modules - Employee Central/ LMS/ Compensation/ PMGM/ Succession/ Recruiting/ Onboarding 2.0/ US Payroll/ EC Payroll
For Technical role:
- 8 - 14 years of hands-on experience in SAP/SF or integration experience
- Should have the ability to understand integration strategies, integration of HR with other functions, write technical specifications, write code, perform code reviews. Data conversion experience preferred.

- HR ABAP (Forms, Enhancements, Interfaces, Exits, Function Modules, Payroll Operations/Functions, Data Replication, etc.)

Education:
