Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3 - 10 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Key Skills:
- Functional Experience in at least one of the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud– payroll, absence, time & labor, benefits, compensation, core HR, ORC, Oracle learn/ talent/ helpdesk
- Good understanding of the Business Processes
- Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules
- Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes
- Ability to build/review functional design specification documents
- Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports
- Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules
- Has worked with small and large teams
- Has Knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects

- Required. B.Tech/B.E/MBA/MCA
