Position Summary
Level: Consultant
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience as a techno functional consultant in Time & Attendance system with Workforce Software.
- Working with SQL, Java scripts along with WFM software’s such as Workforce Software
- Certification: WFS Certification in Configuration / Integration Specialist and above is desirable.
- Candidates with experience in Workforce Software products (Time & Attendance, Absence Compliance Tracker, Advanced Scheduler and Workforce Analytics)
- Configuration of policy, Profile baseline, pay codes and pay code mapping, accruals, premiums and transactions policies, basic scheduling and roles.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is an added advantage: Consulting experience, Workforce Analytics and Interfaces
- Strong analytical/problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and interact across all levels
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio
- Demonstrated experience in HR Service Delivery, HR Transformation, HR Shared Services is preferred
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
