Position Summary
Level: Consultant / Sr Consultant
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
- Collaborate with clients to assess business requirements and tailor HCM Cloud configurations to meet their needs.
- Design, document, and execute functional specifications, test plans, and training resources.
- Advise clients on best practices for process optimization, change management, and organizational transformation using Oracle Cloud tools.
- Oversee data migration, system integrations, and solution troubleshooting.
- Stay up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud updates, continuously improving system performance and compliance.
- Document all configuration changes and project activities for knowledge sharing and auditing.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success from planning to post-go-live support.

Qualifications
- 3 - 9 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Key Skills:
- Functional Experience in at least one of the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud– payroll, absence, time & labor, benefits, compensation, core HR, ORC, Oracle learn/ talent/ helpdesk
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and related business processes
- Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules
- Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes
- Ability to build/review functional design specification documents
- Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports
- Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules
- Has worked with small and large teams
- Has Knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience working with global organizations or multi-country HCM Cloud deployments.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
- Strong customer service orientation and consultative approach
- Atleast one certification in Oracle HCM Cloud
Education:
- Required. B.Tech/B.E/MBA/MCA
