Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Position Summary

Level: Hyperion P&E Manager

As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will manage the Oracle cloud FP&A implementations, working with global teams to turn requirements into deliverables. You’ll guide junior staff and manage all project phases to ensure timely, high-quality solutions.

Business Finance, part of our Finance Transformation portfolio, delivers solution-as-a-service offerings focused on digital finance strategies, financial planning and analysis, and enterprise performance technologies. We take a holistic approach, integrating strategy development, process design, and technology enablement to help clients overcome challenges and achieve sustained business success. Our team partners with organizations to drive profitable growth, manage costs strategically, and navigate financial risks. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and business acumen to join us in delivering innovative solutions and supporting clients in their transformation journey.

Qualifications

Must Have:

10+ years of relevant work experience in Oracle Planning
Strong Hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS or PCMCS and its features
Experience in EPBCS OOB Modules, Custom and Reporting cubes
Proven track record leading delivery across EPM Suite projects and managing teams
Deep expertise in Groovy, Business Rules, Forms, Dashboards, Data Integration, Metadata Management and MDX calculations
Proficient in managing user provisioning and security setup in Shared Services
Hands on experience with EPM Automate, Batch/Shell operations
A strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact with both business and IT-focused clients

Good to Have:

Demonstrated expertise in prototyping, solution enhancement, and performance optimization
Experience with ODI, EDMCS, EPRCS or alternative third-party reporting solutions
