Finance Transformation

Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance.

Position Summary

Level: Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services (EDMCS) Consultant

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do

As a Consultant in Deloitte’s Enterprise Data Management team, you will:

Partner with stakeholders to define and implement sustainable, strategic initiatives in Enterprise Master Data Management
Lead or contribute significantly to the design and development of enterprise-wide master data management applications
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements, plan delivery activities, and proactively assess and mitigate risks
Drive practice development by developing materials for sales pursuits, leading or supporting proof-of-concepts, demonstrating solution prototypes, and facilitating training sessions

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and business acumen to join us in delivering innovative solutions and supporting clients in their transformation journey.

Qualifications

Must Have

4–6 years’ experience supporting master data management (MDM) applications and familiarity with ERP/EPM/BI tools
Solid understanding of data governance and MDM best practices
Exposure to cloud-based SaaS or PaaS platforms
Awareness of business workflows and change management processes
Familiarity with registering applications, managing node types, and user access in EDMCS
Knowledge of custom validations and property logic derivations, data governance set up
Exposure to metadata management, imports/exports, and Oracle Cloud EPM integration
Use cases of EDMCS default adopters and subscription
Understanding of automation tools (EPM Automate, REST APIs)
Experience migrating from DRM to EDMCS and from on-premises to cloud environments

Good to Have

Experience assisting with EDMCS implementations or related support tasks
Good knowledge on metadata management process in the downstream systems such as ERP, EPBCS, FCCS etc.
Knowledge around Master data application migration from On-premises to Cloud

Education:

BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent from accredited university
