Position Summary
ServiceNow Testing – Sr. Consultant
As a Sr.Consultant, you’ll be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into technical artifacts. You’ll also liaise with senior team members to communicate the status and provide suggestions on technical solutions and change impact.

USI team with its technology and process skills expertise, experience & scale is an integral part of offering. USI team works through the lifecycle of these transformation programs.
Qualifications required:
Must have skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for ServiceNow applications, including Custom app, UI builder, and custom-built application integrations.
- Create, execute, and maintain automated tests for ServiceNow applications, with a strong focus on using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Execution and analysis: Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Analyze test results, track and report defects, and substantiate the quality of the application.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in scripting and web technologies relevant to ServiceNow, including JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST APIs.
- ServiceNow testing experience of 7+years.Custom app, UI Builder, GRC modules, Integrations experience needed
- Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and consult with clients and stakeholders effectively.
Good to have skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any one or more areas e.g. ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc.)
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
