Position Summary
Level: Oracle Cloud Supply Chain – Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you’ll do:
Partner with clients to assess and optimize complex supply chain business processes, translating requirements into robust Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions. Provide strategic leadership in the configuration and implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules, overseeing fit-gap analysis, solution design, documentation, testing, and user training. Take end-to-end ownership of issue resolution and risk management, collaborating with global teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Mentor and guide junior team members, drive continuous process improvements, and contribute to the development of best practices and organizational knowledge. Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

Qualifications
Must Have Skills
- 7–11 years of experience leading Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations, including multiple full-cycle projects as a solution architect or project lead.
- Deep expertise in Oracle SCM modules such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Material, and Costing, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
- Advanced ability to define and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, architect business process designs, and oversee the configuration and integration of Oracle SCM applications.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with extensive experience partnering with clients to drive business process transformation and strategic enhancements. Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams, managing cross-functional initiatives, and contributing to best practices and organizational growth.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Good to Have Skills
- Extensive experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models, with a proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members across global teams.
- Demonstrated leadership in overseeing complex, end-to-end business cycles such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay, ensuring seamless integration and process optimization.
- Proven capability to lead multiple work streams within large-scale Oracle SCM projects, driving successful outcomes and aligning with organizational objectives.
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain, planning, and manufacturing processes across diverse industry domains, enabling strategic solution design and implementation.
