Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise package insights and platform technology, working across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations to support delivery of holistic performance improvement and package led large scale digital transformation. Position Summary 

Level: Manager or equivalent 

As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes. 

Work you’ll do:  

You will lead technical integrations, reports, data migrations, and system extensions, managing and delivering key components of client engagements for large companies. Responsibilities include guiding teams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment phases, while overseeing status, scope, issues, and risks. You will manage daily interactions with executive clients and sponsors, collaborate proactively with teammates, and oversee testing, deployment, and progress reporting. You will establish and follow best delivery practices for quality and reuse, and contribute innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes. 

The team:  

The Emerging ERP Solutions offering provides advice, planning, and implementation of Cloud ERP solutions like Workday, MS Dynamics and Infor, featuring built-in industry-specific capabilities. The USI team plays a crucial role throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, from initial pursuits to final delivery. Specializing in Financials and Supply Chain transformations, the team also implements Adaptive Planning Solutions across various industries. Their deep expertise in both technology and domain ensures effective, tailored solutions that drive value and operational excellence for clients. 

Qualifications 

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: 

  • 8-14 years of consulting or industry experience  
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects or multiple work streams with small to medium sized teams 
  • Should have led at least two full life cycle Dynamics ERP project  
  • Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements  
  • Hands-on implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP  
  • Understands SDLC approaches 
  • 5+ years of consulting experience which includes contributing to requests for proposals (RFP), client presentations, detailing scope of work (SOW) 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology 
  • Proficient with integration tools and data entities  
  • Strong programming and project delivery capabilities  
  • Experienced in data migration and ETL processes  
  • Self-driven with ability to manage multiple tasks  
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)  
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, exercising sound judgment  
  • Knowledgeable about cloud SAAS and PAAS market offerings  
  • Technical expertise includes experience on D365 FS (SSRS), X++, C#, Web Services, File-based integrations, LogicApps, Azure Data Lake, Power Platform, Data Management Framework (DMF), Workflows, Reporting, GitHub Copilot 

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:  

  • Active Microsoft Dynamics Certification would be an added advantage 
  • Certification in Project management, Scrum/Agile 

Education:  

  • BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university    

Location:  

  • Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai 

Shift Timings:  

  • 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
