Microsoft Dynamics – SCM – Consultant/Senior Consultant
The role incumbent will be part of the team responsible for end-to-end delivery of management consulting project or advisory projects or implementation projects with Deloitte Consulting US India. This would require the incumbent to assume leadership and facilitate discussions with the client to gather business requirements, define the problem concisely based on the requirement and hypothesize the proposed solution, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution and support the business development activities of the firm. This role involves close collaboration with cross functional client stakeholders, IT teams, Business stakeholders and finance professionals across levels.
Work you will do:
· Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 platform & Possess skills to architect solutions that deliver results for our clients.
· Interface with customer project stakeholders to elicit business and functional requirements.
· Function as a subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity.
· Develop functional specification designs including definition of functional requirements and business scenarios.
· Drive the effective transition of requirements to delivery and development consultants, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements for a successful delivery to end customer.
· Participate and/ or lead quality management reviews including designs, prototypes, and other stages of a project to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
· Engage with project teams to gather assets, best practices, and guidance from our customers to integrate and/or improve our methodologies and end customer experience.
· Ability to take Functional leadership in one specific product or area of business processes.
· Own, investigate and solve complex customer technical/functional issues and serve as a point of contact to the customer to assist in resolving cases.
· Drive the communication with the customer to ensure the customer has confidence on problem resolution
· Define and understand the customer issue by creating adequate reproduction scenarios.
· Research, troubleshoot, develop, and implement a workaround (if needed) and gain agreement from customer on problem resolving.
· Act as the L2/L3 (Level-2/Level-3) support to solve the customer issue
· Collaborate with cross-group peers both proactively and reactively.

EERPS offering serves across Advice, Plan & Implement Cloud ERP solutions such as Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday with built in industry-specific capabilities. The USI team is an integral part from pursuits to engagement lifecycle delivery and specializes in Financials and Supply Chain transformations along with implementing planning Solution across Industries with deep expertise in technology & domain.
Required Experience:
· 3 - 12 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
· A minimum of 1 full life cycle Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations
· Very strong knowledge on the SCM and its related modules such as Inventory Management, Asset Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Cost Management, Transportation and Warehouse management, Landed cost, Production, Product information systems, etc.
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English language.
· Strong listening & presentation skills.
· Excellent documentation and articulation skills.
· Should be able to do requirement analysis, documentation, solution designing.
· Convergence with Interface and Third-Party systems
· Strong knowledge in Supply Chain Business Processes
· Microsoft Dynamics D365 implementation experience with Supply Chain Management Background.
· Experience working on end-to-end implementation projects to D365 SCM third party solutions.
· AX/D365 certifications in SCM preferred.
· Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments.
· Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams.
Required Qualifications:
· A Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
· Active Microsoft Dynamics Certification would be an added advantage
