Position Summary
Level: Manager or equivalent
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will oversee the delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.
Work you’ll do:
In this role, you will drive Finance & Operations process implementation as a Microsoft Functional Consultant. You will analyze client needs to design, build, configure, test, and support systems, leading activities from requirements gathering through post go-live support. You’ll collaborate proactively across teams, develop custom reports, and contribute to integration design and testing. You will execute testing, deployment, and progress reporting, ensuring quality and efficiency by following best practices for delivery and reuse. Additionally, you’ll help develop innovative solutions that improve project delivery and create measurable value for both clients and teams.

The Emerging ERP Solutions offering provides advice, planning, and implementation of Cloud ERP solutions like Workday, MS Dynamics and Infor, featuring built-in industry-specific capabilities. The USI team plays a crucial role throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, from initial pursuits to final delivery. Specializing in Financials and Supply Chain transformations, the team also implements Adaptive Planning Solutions across various industries. Their deep expertise in both technology and domain ensures effective, tailored solutions that drive value and operational excellence for clients.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 8-14 years of consulting or industry experience
- Hands-on implementation expertise with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP
- Must have completed at least five full life cycle Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation
- Skilled in the following core business processes:
- AP, AR
- General Ledger
- Tax
- Fixed Asset Management
- Budgeting
- SCM (Optional)
- Operations
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong oral and written communication; adept at presentations using MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mature judgement
- Familiarity with cloud-based SAAS and PAAS offerings
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Active Microsoft Dynamics Certification would be an added advantage
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
Location:
- Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings:
- 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
