Customer & Marketing – Sales & Services – Zuora Billing - Manager
Position Summary
Level: Manager
We are looking for Project Manager with Zuora implementation experience to lead cross-functional delivery of subscription billing initiatives. You will plan and run the project end to end—aligning stakeholders, managing scope and risk, and ensuring high-quality delivery across business, product, and technology teams.
Work you’ll do:
- Lead and Architect Zuora programs and projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization (hypercare).
- Build and manage the integrated project plan, RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), budget tracking (if applicable), and status reporting.
- Partner with business owners to confirm requirements across the subscription lifecycle (quoting to cash, billing, invoicing, payments, dunning, credits/refunds, renewals, amendments, proration).
- Coordinate solution delivery across internal teams and vendors (functional, technical, QA, data, and release management).
- Drive governance and decision-making: run working sessions, steering updates, and executive readouts.
- Manage integrations and dependencies (for example, CRM/CPQ, ERP/GL, tax, payments, reporting) in partnership with architecture and engineering.
- Plan and execute testing cycles (SIT/UAT), cutover, and go-live readiness.
- Ensure delivery meets agreed quality, controls, and documentation expectations (for example, requirements, process flows, test evidence, runbooks).

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 9+ years of leading experience delivery of enterprise SaaS or ERP/finance systems.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering Zuora projects
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale Lead-to-Cash or Quote-to-Cash programs (multi-cloud preferred).
- Strong understanding of subscription billing concepts and order-to-cash processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, competing priorities, and senior stakeholders and able to own end-to-end architecture for Zuora implementations, including integration with Sales &CPQ Cloud along with ERP, and external systems.
- Experience with delivery methods such as Agile, hybrid Agile, or Waterfall (as appropriate for the program).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting status, risks, and options.
- Mentor junior architects and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience with one or more: Salesforce (Sales Cloud/CPQ), NetSuite, Workday Financials, SAP, Oracle, Avalara, payment gateways, data warehouse/BI tools.
- Experience with data migration and reconciliation (customers, subscriptions, invoices, accounting entries).
