Specialist Master:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Recommend scalable and sustainable solutions for complex business processes, focusing on CRM strategy and overall systems architecture.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and cross-functional teams to define integration and migration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Develop comprehensive System Architecture artefacts and ensure adherence to implementation standards and methodologies.
• Drive technical excellence in application development, middleware, and n-tier architecture within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ensure robust security, sharing models, and code compliance with Salesforce best practices.
• Oversee data architecture, including database design, data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.
• Can independently lead technical conversations during Discovery and requirement gathering sessions.
• Can bring in expertise on Org health and technical debt assessments.
• SME in at least two Salesforce areas (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Provide technical leadership in the use of Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration APIs, design patterns and web services.
• Utilize source control systems and deliver solutions in Agile and CI/CD environments.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to translate business requirements into technical solutions .
• Track Salesforce seasonal releases, evaluate impact/opportunities, and plan enablement.
• Drive “build vs buy vs extend” decisions and document trade-offs.
• Able to contribute branching, version control, package strategy (unlocked-/managed packages), automated tests and release cadence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience architecting Salesforce implementations.
• Mastery of Salesforce platform development and architecture, with proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, Integration APIs, and web services.
• Hands-on experience on Salesforce Apex Programming Design Patterns
• Hands on experience on Salesforce Integration Design Patterns
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and best practices.
• Experience with data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer and at least two additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile delivery in CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge about CI/CD tools such as Copado would be a valuable addition.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
