Position Summary
Level: Analyst or equivalent
As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high
quality work products within due timelines.
Work you’ll do:
- Configure/custom build user stories, unit test, document design and deployment
- Support story estimation using guidelines. Gradually pick up more complex stories; maintain defined velocity
- Ensure quality via thorough unit testing and code coverage
- Follow project coding best practices. Learn/adopt firm tools; build rapport with onshore teams
- Understand pipeline setup and DevOps procedures. Manage time for meetings and prep work
- Learn/adopt new tech stack features; understand limitations
- Learn basics of Agentforce/GenAI modules and their configuration within Salesforce

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in consulting/ industry
- Understand functional requirements and be able to develop technical solutions in Salesforce
- 2 years of Salesforce.com experience
- Designs using standard patterns. Should also be able to communicate this effectively to the team.
- Should have very good technical and problem-solving skills
- Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and should be able to effectively communicate this to both Business and Functional analysts
- Should be able to assess the impact on technical designs caused by changes in functional requirements
- Should be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience in Salesforce.com Development environments (VS Code)
- Knowledgeable in Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, SFDX
- Experience with integration and configuration
- Salesforce.com Platform Developer certifications
- Salesforce.com Domain Certifications
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
