Position Summary

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. 

Work you’ll do:

  • Facilitate discovery sessions along with member firm counter parts with business users and product owners to understand and document detailed requirements related to Quote-to-Cash, pricing, and revenue recognition
  • Conducting stakeholder meetings to gather Lead-to-Cash requirements
  • Mapping business processes—current state and future state—for quoting, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition
  • Lead fit-gap analysis to determine how Salesforce RCA can be configured to enhance and simplify quoting, contract lifecycle management, and billing operations
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and process flows in Salesforce RCA
  • Create necessary artifacts for clients/Deloitte repository like functional specifications, solution design documents
  • Facilitate backlog grooming, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and estimate-ready for sprints.
  • Champion best practices in Agile user story writing, acceptance criteria, and refinement using tools like JIRA or ADO
  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Prioritization and Estimating sessions with the Dev team
  • Collaborate with technical architects and developers to ensure correct implementation and integration.
  • Perform hands-on system configuration, testing, and demonstrations for stakeholders as part of the BA Review activity
  • Lead project workstreams or deliverables for Revenue Cloud deployments: planning, milestone tracking, dependency management
  • Conduct regular status updates, risk/issue management, and facilitate cross-functional meetings
  • Serve as a functional SME— providing delivery quality assurance
  • Collaborate with Change Management Team to develop training materials and deliver workshops for end users on Revenue Cloud functionality and best practices
  • Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption of new features/processes
  • Stay current on Salesforce RCA releases and advocate for the adoption of latest platform innovations to support evolving business goals
  • Support asset development efforts from a functional standpoint
  • Help resolve specific client problems through innovation and use of Deloitte assets

Qualifications:

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

  • 3+ years of experience for consultant on Revenue Cloud process track: Lead to Order, Product and Pricing, Order Management, and Invoice & Billing
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great domain knowledge to be applied for solution design and requirement mapping based on RCA platform
  • Should possesses functional working experience RCA Modules (Product Catalog Management & Hierarchies, Standalone & Bundle Products Qualification Rules, Guided Selling, Constraint Modelling Language, Product Inclusion & Exclusion Rules, Product Selling Model, Attributes & Categories)
  • Should have worked on Price & Cost Management (Pricing Procedures, Price Adjustment Schedules, Centralized Pricing Engine, Contract/ Partner Pricing, Usage Based Pricing & Transactional Journal Entries, Rate Card Management, Invoice & Billing Schedules)
  • Should have worked Approvals Management: Parallel, Sequential approvals & Smart Approval process
  • Must be aware of the Overall Quote & Order Management process and its interaction with downstream ERP system such as NetSuite, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP ECC
  • Experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA, ADO, Service Now etc

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

  • Salesforce Admin & Salesforce CPQ Specialist is preferred

Education:

  • BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
