Position Summary (Fixed Term Hire)
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
- Execute QA activities for Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations, including planning, execution, and reporting for SIT, UAT, and Sprint Testing phases
- Work independently to design, author, and execute manual and automated test scripts for CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition, ensuring coverage for each agile sprint
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and contribute QA insights on sprint deliverables
- Conduct thorough Sprint Testing on features developed each sprint, identify and document defects, and verify fixes before release
- Collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and uphold quality standards
- Perform defect management including triage, root cause analysis (RCA), documentation, and retesting; follow up to closure within sprint timelines
- Maintain comprehensive QA documentation and test reporting aligned with sprint objectives and project milestones
- Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements, and proactively address project risks and gaps
- Develop and execute SQL queries for source data validation, and SOQL queries for post-migration data verification within Salesforce
- Support business user training sessions and post-release validation as required

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3+ years of QA experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or advanced Salesforce platforms, including agile sprint-based testing
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting project deadlines
- Strong skills in designing and executing test cases for CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition
- Extensive experience in Sprint Testing as part of Agile/Scrum delivery teams
- Proficiency with QA methodologies, software testing life cycles (STLC), and defect management tools (Jira, HP ALM, TestRail)
- Skilled in manual and automated testing; familiarity with automation tools preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- SQL and Excel knowledge is welcomed for Data Validation activities
- Microsoft Excel for advanced data comparison, reconciliation, and reporting
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Revenue Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, or related)
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
