Position Summary
Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Qualifications:
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- A minimum of 6+ years of consulting/ industry experience
- A minimum of 1 years of experience as Salesforce Business Analyst
- Post Graduate (MBA +B.E./BTech.)
- Analyze business requirements to identify gaps and translate requirements into functional user stories
- Should have very good communication and presentation skills
- Should have very good salesforce administration skills
- Experience in implementing one of the Salesforce Clouds (Sales/ Service/ Marketing/Experience)
- Experience in implementing Salesforce Industries Solutions (Government/Healthcare/Manufacturing/Financial Services etc)
- Expertise in writing user stories to communicate effectively to the offshore and onsite teams
- Familiarity in leveraging Agile project methodologies, for full – lifecycle implementations
- Experience in building RFP/RFI for SFDC implementation opportunities and building pre-sales collateral
- Experience in Functional testing of SFDC implementations using various testing methodologies
- Expertise on MS Suite of products (MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project Plan)
Certification:
- Salesforce.com Platform Developer certifications
- Salesforce.com Domain Certifications
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience with integration and configuration
- Experience to provide salesforce designs using configuration/customization
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
