This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities and exceptional client management skills. You will serve as a bridge between complex technical implementations and business objectives, leading development teams while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities by a combination of key focus areas i.e, Brand, Advertising, Experiences, Content, Marketing, Commerce, Products, Data and measurement/analysis.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 9+ years of overall Salesforce Platform experience, with 5+ years focused on CPQ architecture.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale Lead-to-Cash or Quote-to-Cash programs (multi-cloud preferred).
- Able to own end-to-end architecture for Salesforce CPQ implementations, including integration with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Billing, ERP, and external systems.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution roadmaps, and translate complex business processes into scalable CPQ configurations.
- Lead technical design sessions, produce architecture artifacts (data models, integration specs, ERDs, sequence diagrams), and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Configure, customize, and extend Salesforce CPQ (products, pricing, discounting, approval workflows, quoting, contract amendments, renewals, usage-based models).
- Provide technical leadership to delivery teams (developers, admins, business analysts), enforce best practices, and conduct code/configuration reviews.
- Drive performance tuning, data migration, release management, and environment strategy for large-scale CPQ programs.
- Oversee integration patterns (API, middleware, ETL, event-driven) between CPQ and downstream billing, provisioning, and ERP systems.
- Act as subject-matter expert during pre-sales, solution estimation, and proof-of-concept efforts.
- Mentor junior architects and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Contribute to CPQ and broader Lead-to-Cash thought leadership, accelerators, and reusable assets.
- Deep knowledge of CPQ data model, pricing waterfalls, product rules, approvals, quote templates, renewals, and amendment models.
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts (data, application, security, integration, DevOps).
- Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud, or Industries (Vlocity) exposure.
- Experience in high-tech SaaS, manufacturing, or subscription-based business models

- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
