Position Summary

As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will drive the design, implementation, and delivery of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions for our clients. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities and exceptional client management skills. You will serve as a bridge between complex technical implementations and business objectives, leading development teams while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities by a combination of key focus areas i.e, Brand, Advertising, Experiences, Content, Marketing, Commerce, Products, Data and measurement/analysis.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 10–14 years of experience in cloud and AI architecture, with 5+ years in Conversational AI and GenAI strategy implementation.
- Proven ability to architect Dialogflow CX ecosystems, integrating Vertex AI, Gemini models, and Agentic AI pipelines for enterprise-grade automation.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Looker Studio.
- Deep understanding of LLM and GenAI enablement on GCP, including prompt chaining, retrieval augmentation, embedding models, and knowledge grounding with Vertex Search.
- Experience implementing agent-based orchestration frameworks — integrating function calling, context memory, and multi-turn decisioning agents for contact center or enterprise operations.
- Skilled in Python, Flask/FastAPI, and REST API design, with deployment experience using CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build / GitHub Actions).
- Expertise in designing secure, scalable, and modular architectures compliant with GCP security controls, IAM policies, and data residency requirements.
- Experience integrating GenAI copilots and LLM-powered assistants into enterprise tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Workday) via AppSheet or Apigee.
- Demonstrated success leading AI/ML discovery workshops, architecture blueprinting, and proof-of-concept (PoC) development to production rollout.
- Ability to mentor teams, establish AI governance frameworks, and drive model lifecycle management (ML Ops) on Vertex AI.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or ML Engineer Certification
- Hands-on with LangChain, Vertex AI Agent Builder, or Gemini Code Assist for production-grade orchestration.
- Exposure to multi-cloud architectures integrating AWS, Azure, or hybrid setups.
