As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- : 6-9 years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce solutions across the full delivery lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and support).
- : Understands functional requirements and translates business needs into technical solutions; analyses and identifies gaps in business/functional requirements and communicates them effectively to Business and Functional Analysts and technical teams.
- : Leads solution design using standard architecture patterns and communicates designs clearly and effectively to delivery teams and stakeholders; assesses and communicates the impact to technical designs when functional requirements change.
- : Experience configuring core Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
- : Develops secure, high-quality production code; performs independent code reviews, reviews/debugs code written by others, and ensures appropriate unit testing and quality controls are applied.
- : Solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, data governance, and security (roles, profiles/permission sets, sharing, and access controls) and applies these consistently in designs. Additionally, should also have clear understanding of Data cloud scoping and designing.
- : Guides evaluation of current technology and leads evaluation of new technologies using existing standards and frameworks; demonstrates ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend best-fit solutions for future-state architecture.
- : Regularly provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors; influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies when appropriate.
