Position Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager (ISV) to lead and support our partner marketing function across the APAC region. This role involves working closely with a diverse set of partners—including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), and channel resellers—to plan, execute, and track co-marketing initiatives that align with business goals.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to bring marketing campaigns to life and support operational processes from planning through to reporting. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who’s organized, marketing-savvy, and confident working across multiple stakeholders and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partner Collaboration
    • Joint Business Plan Alignment: Ensure ISV partner marketing activities align with annual joint business plans and overall business priorities.
    • Custom Marketing Plan Development: Create actionable marketing plans for ISV partners, especially those without dedicated marketing resources, to drive pipeline growth.
    • End-to-End Campaign Execution: Lead campaign and event execution for ISV partners, managing logistics, agency coordination, and program delivery.
  • Integrated Campaign Leadership
    • Pipeline and ROI Reporting: Track and report on pipeline generated and ROI from ISV-led marketing initiatives and events.
    • Fund Reimbursement Support: Guide ISV partners through marketing fund claims, ensuring compliance and timely reimbursement.
    • Brand Compliance Review: Review and approve ISV partner marketing materials for brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
    • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and approvals for campaign assets and activities.
    • Oversee speaker alignments, asset reviews, and event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and partner satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, collecting execution proof and generating actionable insights for partners and internal teams.
    • Deliver post-campaign reporting, highlighting ROI, pipeline impact, and recommendations for future initiatives.
    • Implement robust tracking mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability in all partner marketing activities.
  • Operational Excellence & Relationship Management
    • Partner Onboarding Enablement: Support onboarding of new ISV partners and team members through shadowing, whiteboarding, and process guidance.
    • Champion operational rigor, ensuring all processes are compliant, efficient, and well-documented.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Essential
    • 6–10 years of progressive experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing—preferably within the technology or cloud sector.
    • Strong understanding of B2B marketing campaign operations across digital, events, and content formats.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working with or supporting ISVs, GSIs, channel partners, agencies, or vendors.
    • Advanced project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-partner campaigns on time and within budget.
    • Proficiency in campaign tracking, reporting, and documentation.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Preferred
    • Experience with cloud technologies, SaaS, or ISV ecosystems.
    • Familiarity with co-marketing funding processes and partner enablement programs.
    • Exposure to APAC regional marketing dynamics.
