Position Summary
Level: Consultant / Senior Consultant or equivalent
As a Senior Oracle Unity Developer, you will develop, configure, and implement Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions to unify customer data, enable segmentation, and improve marketing and customer analytics outcomes. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to design data models and data flows, manage integrations, and drive documentation, testing, and performance optimization.
Work you’ll do:
· Develop, configure, and implement Oracle Unity solutions to enable a unified CDP.
· Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement data flows and customer data models.
· Manage data integration from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing platforms) into Oracle Unity.
· Customize Oracle Unity CDP to match business needs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
· Monitor and optimize Oracle Unity application performance.
· Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and data mappings.
· Work with Oracle Cloud suite and related tools for seamless integration and reporting.
· Collaborate with stakeholders through requirements gathering, system design, and testing phases.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
· 4+ years of experience with CDP tools, preferably Oracle Unity.
· Strong knowledge of Identity Resolution (IDR), profile/identity graph, and segmentation.
· Experience designing customer data models and implementing data flows.
· Experience integrating data from CRM/ERP/marketing platforms into a CDP environment.
· Strong documentation skills (configurations, processes, data mappings) and ability to work across requirements/design/testing.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
· Experience with other Oracle Cloud products.
· Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
· Certification in Oracle Unity (or related technologies).
Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS or equivalent.
