Position Summary 

 

Level: Consultant

 

As a Senior Oracle PRM Developer, you will lead the design and delivery of Oracle Partner Relationship Management (PRM / Channel Cloud) solutions for enterprise clients. You will own technical implementation across channel management, partner portals, deal registration, and incentive programs, and drive integrations with CRM, ERP, and CPQ systems to enable a unified partner ecosystem. 

 

Work you’ll do: 

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle PRM implementations covering partner onboarding, deal registration, opportunity management, and channel incentive programs. 

  • Design and configure partner portal frameworks including custom page layouts, partner tiers, access controls, and co-branding configurations. 

  • Architect integrations between Oracle PRM and CRM (Oracle Sales Cloud), CPQ, and ERP systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). 

  • Build and manage channel workflows such as MDF (Market Development Funds), rebate programs, lead distribution, and partner performance tracking. 

  • Drive PRM administration including partner user/group management, territory assignments, and environment configuration. 

  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on partner portal and integration issues and lead resolution end-to-end. 

  • Own technical documentation (solution design, integration specs, data flow diagrams) across the project lifecycle. 

  • Lead code and configuration reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to Oracle best practices. 

  • Present solution blueprints and demos to client stakeholders and executive audiences. 

  • Coordinate across onshore/offshore teams and independently manage deliverable ownership.

Our expertise spans the full digital lifecycle, including customer research, experience design, platform development, content production, and marketing automation. By bridging the gap between strategy and execution, we empower organizations to achieve measurable outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences in an ever-evolving digital landscape. 

 

Qualifications 

 

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: 

  • 3 - 6 years of hands-on Oracle PRM / Channel Cloud experience across 3+ successful enterprise implementations. 

  • Deep expertise in Oracle PRM configuration (partner programs, deal registration flows, MDF management, portal customizations). 

  • Proven experience integrating Oracle PRM with Oracle Sales Cloud, CPQ, and ERP using REST/SOAP APIs. 

  • Strong understanding of channel partner business models, incentive structures, and indirect sales processes. 

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware for PRM integrations. 

  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Willingness to travel up to 25–50% as project requirements demand. 

 

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: 

  • Experience with Oracle Partner Cloud (Oracle CX) and cross-module integrations (e.g., Oracle Loyalty, Field Service). 

  • Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud partner co-selling and territory management features. 

  • Familiarity configuring SSO and multi-tenant access models for partner portals. 

  • Proficiency in JavaScript or Groovy scripting for partner portal UI customizations. 

  • Understanding of GDPR and partner data compliance in multi-region deployments. 

  • Oracle CX or Partner Management certification. 

 

Education: 

 

  • B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS or equivalent.
