Position Summary
Level: Consultant / Senior Consultant or equivalent
As a Senior Oracle CPQ Developer, you will lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions. In this role, you will drive technical architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and serve as a primary point of contact for client-facing deliverables across complex CPQ engagements.
Work you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations across Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, Approval Workflows, and Email Templates.
- Design scalable BML solutions and Commerce/Configuration layout frameworks aligned to business requiremen
- Architect and implement CPQ integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics) using SOAP/REST APIs.
- Own CPQ administrative activities, including environment setup, data tables, file manager, user/group management, parts creation, and CSS customization.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and lead debugging across the CPQ stack.
- Conduct and lead code reviews; enforce maintainability and best practices.
- Produce and maintain technical design documentation, present solutions to senior client stakeholders.
- Manage Oracle Technical Service Requests (TSRs) from initiation through closure.
- Collaborate across onshore/offshore teams, independently own assigned deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Support code migrations and maintain strong version/data source control practices.

Our Oracle CPQ delivery teams help organizations modernize and scale their quoting and pricing capabilities by designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions. We work with client stakeholders across sales, commercial operations, and technology to translate business requirements into configuration, automation, integrations, and documentation that support reliable, enterprise-grade quoting processes.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle CPQ Cloud experience across 3+ successful enterprise implementations.
- Deep expertise in BML scripting, Configuration Rules, Commerce Processes, and Document Designer.
- Proven CPQ-to-CRM/ERP integration experience using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of CPQ administration, including environment management and CSS customization.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical workstreams on client engagements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive and client audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 25–50% based on project needs.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
Integrations experience with Salesforce (Legacy/Lightning Adapter), Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle E-Business Suite.
Experience configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) with Oracle CPQ.
Proficiency with JavaScript and jQuery for UI-layer customizations.
Knowledge of BOM Mapping and Asset Based Ordering (ABO).
Familiarity with Oracle CPQ SOAP and REST API libraries.
Openness to cross-skilling in other CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Apttus).
Education:
B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS or equivalent.
