Role Overview for Candidates with 3-5 Years Experience
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Operations Specialist with 3–5 years of relevant experience to support our asset and accessory management processes for -approved suppliers and global logistics operations. This role is ideal for candidates eager to drive efficiently, ensure compliance, and collaborate across teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Place orders with approved suppliers based on incoming tickets, ensuring timely replenishment of assets and accessories.
- Update requesting teams on the status and workflow of orders placed, maintaining clear and continuous communication.
- Complete validation and approval processes in the Requisition Review (RR) App for automated supply plan weekly order releases.
- Coordinate with suppliers to arrange delivery of hardware, desktop equipment, and accessories to required locations.
- Collaborate with logistics and compliance teams, securing necessary approvals for products to reach sites.
- Process chargeback requests accurately and promptly.
- Manage purchase orders (POs) to meet agreed timelines and service level expectations.
- Handle Material Order Requests (MORs) from various warehouses across and non- locations.
- Create and maintain shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Air Waybills (AWB), and Packing Lists.
- Provide accurate data entry for location codes within ’s commercial invoice tool.
- Manage receipt of MORs and Supply Chain Portal (SR+) requests, confirming deliveries with carriers.
- Review and validate order form entries for accuracy, updating statuses for non-inventory shipments via ticket system
- Monitor and report on transportation costs and performance metrics.
- Facilitate global shipments of dangerous goods and hazardous materials, ensuring all required approvals are in place.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement operations.
- Strong understanding of global logistics, vendor management, and compliance processes.
- Proficiency with data entry tools, order management systems, and document creation (invoices, AWB, packing lists).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing dangerous goods or hazardous shipments is an asset.
