Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join our Global Asset Lifecycle Operations team. This role will focus on managing the complete lifecycle of assets—including audio/visual equipment, personal computing devices, hardware, and accessories—while providing expert administration services and supporting platform policy updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee asset lifecycle operations for audio/visual, personal computing, hardware, and accessory assets.
• Update distribution policies on Cloud Platform in accordance with approved SOPs.
• Create part numbers and Material IDs for new assets.
• Offer feedback on accessories and facilitate the creation of new project codes and asset assignments.
• Extend Material IDs to various Plants and Storage Locations (SLocs).
• Manage MAC address and Manufacturer Serial Number (SN#) updates.
• Reassign Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) assets as needed.
• Lead base product creation and respond to Hybris platform feedback and user queries.
• Create and edit asset entries within the administration platform.
• Activate and deactivate offerings, update locations, and ensure entries meet eligibility and visibility requirements per SOPs.
• Administer all software asset items prior to checkout, including creation and edits.
• Provide issue resolution and queries to the software team as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience in asset operations, inventory management, or related functions.
• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms, asset management tools, and software administration systems (e.g., Hybris).
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
