Role Overview
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver in executing and optimizing our field marketing strategy, aligning it with sales and business objectives. With your extensive experience in event management and digital campaigns, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital, physical, and hybrid events. Your role will involve close collaboration with sales, demand management, and marketing teams to amplify our brand presence and generate qualified leads.
Your strategic insights and operational excellence will ensure the seamless delivery of marketing campaigns, enhancing digital awareness and engagement for Cloud offerings. You will manage vendor relationships, oversee logistics, and ensure compliance with marketing standards, contributing to the growth of our business in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Event Planning & Execution
- Lead the design and execution of high-impact field marketing events, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and business goals.
- Optimize event logistics and vendor coordination, managing complex relationships to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality experiences.
- Drive campaign amplification, localizing global and regional marketing initiatives to resonate with the local market.
· Digital Awareness & Lead Management
- Increase digital engagement and awareness for Cloud offerings, targeting key audiences through innovative marketing strategies.
- Oversee lead management processes, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up in Salesforce to maximize sales opportunities.
- Generate detailed performance reports, analyzing event and campaign success to inform future strategies and demonstrate ROI.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, demand management, and marketing, to drive opportunity creation and business growth.
- Maintain effective stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on marketing plans and results to local, APAC, and global teams.
- Ensure compliance with marketing guidelines, executing campaigns effectively and maintaining brand integrity.
· Operational Excellence & Relationship Management
o Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating cross-team alignment and ensuring successful program delivery.
o Implement process improvements, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
o Travel as needed to support field marketing activities and engage with key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Essential
- 6–10 years of experience in field marketing, event management, and digital campaigns, preferably within the tech industry.
- Proven ability to lead and execute complex events and digital marketing programs, driving significant business impact.
- Advanced skills in project and stakeholder management, with experience coordinating across multiple teams and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Salesforce, Looker, and other marketing tools for reporting and performance analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
