Position Summary
Level: Consultant / Senior Consultant or equivalent
As a Senior Eloqua Developer, you will design, build, and optimize automated marketing programs in Oracle Eloqua, partnering with client marketing and CRM teams to improve lead nurturing performance and data quality. You will own campaign build, Eloqua configuration, integrations to CRM platforms, and ongoing testing/reporting to drive measurable improvements.
Work you’ll do:
· Design, develop, and implement automated marketing campaigns in Eloqua (email marketing, lead nurturing, lead scoring).
· Set up, manage, and maintain data integrations between Eloqua and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
· Develop and optimize lead scoring models and audience segmentation using behavioral and demographic data.
· Manage and configure Eloqua settings (user permissions, data fields, API integrations).
· Execute A/B testing and optimize campaign workflows to improve engagement and conversion.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance; produce reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
· Troubleshoot data sync, email deliverability, and other technical Eloqua issues.
· Provide training and support to marketing users on Eloqua best practices and platform functionality.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
· 4–7 years of experience with marketing automation tools (preferably Oracle Eloqua).
· Hands-on experience building Eloqua campaigns for email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
· Experience setting up and maintaining Eloqua-to-CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
· Strong Eloqua configuration skills (users/permissions, data fields, API integrations).
· Experience running A/B tests and optimizing journeys/workflows based on performance data.
· Demonstrated troubleshooting skills across data sync and deliverability issues; ability to drive issues to resolution.
· Ability to train/support marketing users and document best practices.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
· Experience with other Oracle Cloud products.
· Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
· Certification in Oracle Unity or related technologies.
Education:
B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS or equivalent.
