Position Summary
Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

- Consistently showcases deep technology stack / functional acumen combined with industry/leading practice knowledge relevant to project requirements - is the go to person
- Displays detailed understanding of tools and accelerators and is able to adapt/advise on which tools can be a best fit for a project, delivery innovation and drives efficiency

Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities by a combination of key focus areas i.e, Brand, Advertising, Experiences, Content, Marketing, Commerce, Products, Data and measurement/analysis.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
• 6-9 years of experience in product management, with demonstrated evidence of owning product decisions - not just managing backlogs
• Demonstrated ability to frame ambiguous problems into clear, testable product hypotheses - bring an example you can walk through in detail
• Experience building functional prototypes using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, or equivalent)
• The ability to critically assess whether a proposed product will deliver the intended value - and the willingness to recommend a different path when the evidence points away
• Experience partnering with experience design and engineering teams as an integrated unit - not managing from a distance
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders in a consulting, agency, or embedded product context where you had to build credibility quickly
• Strong critical thinking under ambiguity - you operate productively with incomplete information and make decisions that hold up when more information arrives
• Writes to think, not just to document - strong documentation craft with the ability to identify structural gaps in reasoning, not just surface errors
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
• Experience evaluating AI/LLM products - grounding accuracy, hallucination risk, adversarial testing, and responsible AI principles
• Ability to synthesize across business context, user research, and technical constraints into a product point of view that none of those inputs produced alone
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders, and contributing to proposals or RFP responses with narrative coherence
Education:
· BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
