Position Summary

As an AI engineering architect,You will provide hands-on leadership for high-impact products, ensuring our solutions are innovative, effective, and aligned with business goals. You will contribute to and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap, driving simplification, scalability, and efficiency. Leveraging your deep expertise in software engineering—including application and data integration, modern frameworks, and diverse technologies—you will guide teams in delivering robust, high-quality solutions. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients’ marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities by a combination of key focus areas i.e, Brand, Advertising, Experiences, Content, Marketing, Commerce, Products, Data and measurement/analysis.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 9.5+ years of proven experience with programming languages, technologies, and frameworks such as Python, C#, Java, Node.js, Golang, .NET Core, XML/JSON, REST/SOAP/GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL, SSO/MFA, and unit testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with LLM/GenAI engineering patterns (RAG, tool calling, agent orchestration, evaluation).
- Practical experience with MLOps/LLMOps: CI/CD, experiment tracking, model/prompt versioning, monitoring/observability.
- Hands-on experience building production LLM workflows with LangChain or LangGraph, specializing in advanced state management, routing, and robust error handling.
- Proven ability to implement resilient tool execution, sophisticated memory/context strategies, and schema-validated structured outputs for scalable AI applications.
- Excellent software engineering and product architecture/design foundation with deep understanding of Business Context Diagrams (BCD), sequence/activity/state/ER/DFD diagrams, OOP/OOD, data structures, algorithms, code instrumentation, and messaging patterns (e.g., routing, transformation, construction, channel, endpoint, adapter, sequencing).
- 5+ years of experience with defining and driving engineering KPIs, implementing engineering maturity models, and driving continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of experience with AI/ML; experience with the latest GenAI models is preferred.
- Deep understanding of methodologies and tools such as XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, CAST, etc., to deliver high-quality products rapidly.
- Proven ability to drive adoption of modern engineering practices at scale, including cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing diverse engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- Strong understanding of security, privacy, and compliance requirements in enterprise software engineering.
- Demonstrated experience aligning engineering initiatives with business and customer value, delivering measurable outcomes in agile environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to handle diverse situations, complex projects, and changing priorities, behaving with passion, empathy, and care
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, FDA, EMA) and data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR), coupled with practical knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device operation
- US/Global Healthcare or pharmaceutical or Medtech industry/consulting digital experience
- Experience with edge AI deployment and optimization
- Familiarity with specialized AI domains (computer vision, robotics, speech recognition)
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
