Position Summary
Level: Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you’ll do:
Lead discussions with business and functional analysts to understand requirements and assess integration impacts on business architecture. Prepare technical architecture and design, clarify requirements, and resolve ambiguities. Develop solutions in line with established technical designs, integration standards, and quality processes. Create and enforce technical design and development guides, templates, and standards. Facilitate daily scrum meetings, manage deliverables, and prepare weekly status reports for leadership review. Conduct detailed deliverable reviews and provide technical guidance to team members. Collaborate with onsite clients, coordinators, analysts, and cross-functional teams. Design templates or scripts to automate routine development or operational tasks.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 6- 9 years of hands-on experience in implementation of Middle office projects such as version upgrade, Migration with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and possess SQL knowledge
- Experience working with middle office Techno Functional Consultant with a strong IT background in Asset Management and Capital Markets, specializing in End-to-end implementation.
- Experience on implementation of transaction management processes, including trade capture, enrichment, confirmation, settlement notification, and reconciliation.
- Experience in system integration and impact analysis
- Experience in Agile Methodology: Jira, Confluence
- Knowledge and experience working with Database – Oracle, SQL Developer, Microsoft SQL Server
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domains and apply technical solutioning and learnings to use cases across business domains and industries
- Hands-on Middle Office implementation with specialization in Trade Management (Trade Capture, Trade Enrichment, Data Management, Trade Confirmation & Settlement Notification, Fails Reporting), and Record Keeping (Bookkeeping, Pricing, Corporate Actions, etc.).
- Implementation of investment products such as Equities, Bonds, Derivatives, Loans, Money Markets, Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Swaps.
- Analyze technical, functional, and operational changes to assess impact and recommend solutions.
- Resolve user issues, escalate risks as needed, and recommend continuous improvements
- Gather and analyze investment management requirements, converting them into actionable test cases
- Apply both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance methodologies and operate effectively within Agile and Waterfall project environments
- Hands-on test management tools like JIRA, ALM, Zephyr etc. and prepare test-data and conduct BUAT.
- Foster clear communication and coordination across project teams
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Understanding of Application and other infrastructure monitoring tools
- Understanding of end-to-end infrastructure landscape
- Experience on virtualization platform
- Knowledge of Messaging interfaces viz. FIX, broker setup.
- Knowledge on Unix, Linux, Power shell
- Certification- NCFM, NISM, CFA, CIIB
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Shift Timings:
- 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
