Position Summary

Level: Manager

As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.

Work you’ll do:

Collaborate with the functional team and client to thoroughly understand business requirements. Oversee technical delivery by providing architectural and implementation recommendations. Lead documentation efforts, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Direct the design and development of solutions, ensuring timely delivery according to project plans. Work closely with project leadership to identify and escalate potential risks and prepare status reports. Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between various teams within the engagement. Respond to proposals by providing accurate estimations and technical input, supporting the overall success and alignment of project objectives with client needs.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 8 - 14 years of hands-on experience in building applications using Unqork and experience with JavaScript and/or other low code platforms.

• Unqork Professional Configurator Certified.

• Experience in consulting clients: designing specifications, prototyping, managing POCs etc.

• Experience in Architecting web applications at enterprise scale.

• Partner with teams across the organization to ensure Unqork applications are built with sound architectural design principles.

• Should be well-versed with Unqork schemas (UIF is preferrable) and APIs.

• Proficient working knowledge of REST APIs and other web services. leveraging a MicroUI architecture.

• Relational or non-relational database query experience.

• Deep understanding of performance and scalability of Low Code No Code systems with extensive experience in designing archetypes that provide optimal cost to performance benefits.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Unqork Technologies.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in application development on Low Code No Code Platform Unqork

• Good knowledge & hands-on experience in programming to develop LCNC applications, integrations, UI/UX, etc.

• Professional Configurator Certificationroficiency Level Certification in Unqork

• Experience in architecting solutions on Low Code No platforms, building design patterns and leading medium to large low code implementations.

• Strong understanding of any RDBMS (Oracle, SQL, etc.) and NoSQL DB

• Strong knowledge of webservice development using SOAP and REST API

• Ability to communicate clearly across teams in the project and having excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating architecture and design principles.

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Experience in microservices architecture

• Experience in managing medium to large sized development teams

• Certification in any of the LCNC Platform at a Solution Architect level

• Experience in architecting large scale LCNC applications

• Deep understanding of performance and scalability of Low Code No Code systems with extensive experience in designing archetypes that provide optimal cost to performance benefits.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
