Position Summary
Level: Lead Associate
As an experienced Lead Associate at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines.
Work you’ll do:
Complete daily financial clearance tasks, including collecting and recording pre-registration information. Verify insurance eligibility and document details in Epic. Confirm active insurance coverage for procedures and clarify benefits, coverage limits, effective dates, and patient liabilities. Generate price estimates for patients. Review patient visits to determine if authorization is needed, secure authorizations promptly per payor criteria. Mentor less experienced team members on revenue cycle, payer, and policy issues. Share lessons learned to foster innovation and improvement. Help the team connect their work to the broader mission and address unexpected challenges. Model ongoing learning, growth, and self-care; empower and coach others. Take ownership of outcomes and support improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Insurance and Benefit Verification, Pre-Registration and/or Prior Authorization activities in healthcare business office/insurance operations required.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and data analytics tools.
- Strong Excel/MS Word skills for data analysis and reporting
- Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Logical reasoning
Education:
- BA/B.Com/B.Sc degree or equivalent from accredited university
Location:
- Hyderabad
Shift Timings:
· 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
