Level: Analyst 

As an Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, Contribute in creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including assisting in estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions. 

You will play a key role in developing verticalized solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client’s sector, transforming how organizations sell products, deliver services, drive growth, and sustain mission-critical operations. By leveraging your business expertise and advanced technology, you will help ensure every solution is seamlessly integrated with Industry Advantage and aligned with sector-specific requirements. • 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in CRD version upgrade, Migration and Implementation projects with 

        Agile or Waterfall methodologies and possess SQL knowledge

• Experience in Integration and Impact Analysis of CRD applications. 

• Experience in system integration and impact analysis

• Experience in Admin, Compliance, Reporting, Setup, Trader and Manager module.

• Experience in Agile Methodology: Jira, Confluence 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills 

• Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domains and apply technical solutioning and 

        learnings to use cases across business domains and industries 

• Knowledge and experience working with Database – Oracle, SQL Developer

• Design and test CRD custom workflows and configure import feeds/inflows

• Implement and validate Manger Workbench, Blotters, Workflow Rules, FIX Connections, Broker setup, batches.

• Resolve user issues, escalate risks as needed, and recommend continuous improvements

• Gather and analyze CRD requirements, converting them into actionable SIT or UAT test cases

• Apply both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance methodologies and operate effectively within Agile and 

        Waterfall project environments

• Utilize test management tools and conduct BUAT testing.

• Contribute to sprint planning and maintain project documentation

 Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: 

• Understanding of Application and other infrastructure monitoring tools

• Understanding of end-to-end infrastructure landscape

• Experience on virtualization platform

• Knowledge of Messaging interfaces viz. FIX, broker setup.

• knowledge on Smart IT, service now, BMC remedy 

• Knowledge on Unix, Linux, Power shell, Pentaho Kettle, ETL, Crystal Report, C#, Rest API

• Certification- NCFM, NISM, CFA, CIIB, CRD

Education: 

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
