Position Summary
Level: Consultant
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
- Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with sector needs.
- Demonstrate expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution, collaborating with stakeholders for effective delivery.
- Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards. Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation.
- Build and share business process knowledge, supporting project knowledge management and team training.
- Proactively recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation, all aimed at enhancing project outcomes and delivering greater value to clients.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune: Advanced configuration of compliance and configuration policies, app deployments, Windows Autopilot, troubleshooting, and deep knowledge of MDM/MAM.
- Senior-level expertise with Jamf Pro: Full lifecycle management of macOS/iOS devices (onboarding, configuration, patching, reporting), profile management, conditional policies.
- Proven scripting experience for Jamf (Bash, Shell, Python, or AppleScript) to automate policies, custom inventory, advanced remediation, and integrations.
- Comprehensive Ivanti administration (Endpoint Manager/Neurons): Device provisioning, patching, software deployment, asset/inventory management, integration with directory services, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated skills in cross-platform endpoint ecosystem management and optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities for complex, multi-OS environments (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android).
- Experience integrating with directory services/identity platforms (Azure AD, Okta, SAML/SSO).
- Excellent documentation, training, and process creation abilities.
- Proactive mindset for automation, security, compliance, and process improvement.
- Stakeholder communication and cross-team collaboration experience
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Advanced scripting for Jamf: writing robust automation scripts (custom workflows, API interaction, error handling).
- PowerShell scripting for Intune and other automation use-cases.
- Experience designing or migrating large-scale deployments or transitions (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).
- Integration with broader enterprise tools: ServiceNow, SCCM/MECM, SIEM/SOAR, custom dashboards, etc.
- Building zero-touch or automated provisioning workflows (Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot).
- Security/compliance policy creation: encryption, threat remediation, regulatory alignment.
- API-based integration for reporting, automation, or orchestration across tools.
- Vendor certifications: Jamf Certified Admin/Expert, Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Admin, Ivanti Certification.
- Leading or mentoring within cross-functional endpoint management projects or user adoption initiatives.
- Contribution to professional communities, forums, or open-source endpoint management/software projects.
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
