Position Summary
Level: Consultant
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. As needed, you will mentor and/or direct junior team members and liaise with onsite/offshore teams to understand functional requirements.
We are seeking a Device Management Specialist (Consultant) to manage, support, and optimize enterprise endpoint environments using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Microsoft Intune, and Jamf. The role focuses on device lifecycle management, compliance, security, and automation across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
Work you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end device lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, patching, and decommissioning).
- Administer and support SCCM (MECM), Intune, and Jamf environments.
- Implement and maintain operating system (OS) deployment, application deployment, and patch management.
- Configure and enforce device compliance and security policies.
- Troubleshoot endpoint-related issues (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
- Support zero-touch provisioning and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Monitor device health, compliance, and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with security, networking, and end-user computing (EUC) teams.
- Participate in 24x7 operational support and incident management.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications
Must Have Skills / Project Experience
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong experience with SCCM (MECM), Microsoft Intune, and Jamf.
- Windows 10/11 and macOS device management.
- Mobile Device Management (iOS/Android).
- Group Policy, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Conditional Access.
- PowerShell, VBScript, and Batch scripting (preferred).
- Endpoint security and compliance fundamentals.

Good to Have Skills / Project Experience / Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.

- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
