CORE BUSINESS OPERATIONS 

The Core Business Operations (CBO) portfolio is an integrated set of offerings that addresses our clients’ heart-of-the-business issues. ROLE 

 

Level: Senior Consultant/Specialist Senior     

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for review, modify and lead the team to build and operate highly scalable client environments on cloud or Hybrid cloud or on premises within HCMS framework. 

 

The work you will do includes:

 

·       Lead and drive discussions with business and functional analysts to understand the business requirements and the impact of integration on the overall business architecture.  

·       Establish technical design/development guides, templates and standards and ensure compliance 

·       Run the daily calls / meetings with respect to deliverables and build the weekly status reports to be reviewed with leadership/client .

·       Perform detailed reviews on deliverables and provide technical guidance to the team members 

·       Understand the complete SOW and adhere to the responsibilities mentioned in it 

·       Review, prepare and lead the teams to deploy/build the infrastructure as per requirement DELLEMC,

·       Responsible for implementation of process, and standards 

·       Participate actively on RFPs, pricing, and other functional requirements 

·       Review the Storage architecture configuration and implementation of Storages. 

·       Work with the team to build the environment as required, monitor till its hand over and be responsive for post build challenges 

·       Be responsible for ITIL implementation Incidents, Changes, Requests, SLA, SLO

·       Escalation points of contact and Responsible for root cause analysis 

·       Work with Architect team for standardization and optimization 

·       Implement & Manage IDPA Installations like Monitoring, Backup & restore, Patching, Vulnerability, networking tools, database tools, storage tool

·       Create and manage build and release checklists 

·       Participate in security audits 

·       Identify routine, repetitive, time-consuming tasks and prepare solutions to automate them 

·       Design cost effective, standardized, and optimized solutions as required 

·       Identify the Gaps in process, technology, communication etc and drive to fix it 

·       Provide training on new tools/services to the team and junior resources 

 

Skills / Project Experience: <Not more than 100 words in bullet points> 

 

Must Have: 

 

·       6 – 10 years of hands-on experience in <mention technologies and architecture>   

·       In-depth knowledge and experience on  Database, Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Hypervisor, Networking, Linux , Security, Avamar, IDPA,etc .

·       In-depth knowledge and experience on Disaster recovery.

·       In-depth knowledge and experience on Storage Migration & Backup Data Migration and Recovery tools.

·       Professional level certification on DELL& NetApp

·       ITIL Foundational or intermediate level certification 

·       Proactive drive on improvement and innovation ideas 

·       Ability to perform estimation of work products and cost analysis 

·       Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools 

Good to Have: 

 

·                Experience in risk analysis, cost estimation, standardization, optimization etc 

·                Experience in participation of different types of audits 

·                Experience in both on premises and Cloud technologies 

 

Education:   

B.E./B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university  

  

Prior Experience:   

6 - 10 years of experience working with
