Position Summary

Level: Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale solutions, lead the creation of robust delivery pipelines, and manage code deployments across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into high-quality deliverables, while independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key delivery metrics to ensure timely outcomes.

Work you’ll do

  • Lead discussions with business stakeholders and functional analysts to understand requirements and assess integration impacts across the business and technical architecture.
  • Develop technical architecture and solution designs, clarify requirements, and resolve ambiguities to enable effective delivery.
  • Build solutions aligned to established technical designs, integration standards, and quality processes.
  • Create, maintain, and enforce technical design/development guides, templates, and engineering standards.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily scrums), manage deliverables, and prepare weekly status updates for leadership review.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of deliverables and provide hands-on technical guidance to team members to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with onsite clients, coordinators, analysts, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • Design templates and scripts to automate routine development or operational tasks to improve efficiency.

Our offerings include engineered transformation services for hybrid cloud infrastructure and platforms, prioritizing resiliency, optimization, and extensive automation. We integrate advanced connectivity with AI infrastructure and enterprise networks to boost operational efficiency and enable real-time data processing. Additionally, we provide comprehensive management of all facets of operations for hybrid cloud infrastructure and field operations.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills / Project Experience / Certifications

  • 6–10 years of relevant hands-on experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 (M365) environments, including tenant configuration, governance, and security.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, including guidance, oversight, and mentoring.
  • Strong experience developing architecture and presenting to a client Architecture Review Board (ARB) for approvals.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID, plus related identity technologies.
  • Familiarity with identity federation (Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)), single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and cloud identity solutions.
  • Proven experience leading AD-related initiatives, including migrations and integrations.
  • Experience with privileged access management (PAM) and identity governance.
  • Good understanding of application authentication methods.
  • Ability to design and document end-to-end infrastructure architectures, including AD standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience with domain migrations and application migrations.
  • Experience designing and delivering modern workplace programs such as Zero Touch provisioning, Microsoft Intune Autopilot, Windows 11 deployments, and modern endpoint management technologies.
  • Experience creating technology roadmaps, performing current-state assessments, and defining target-state enterprise architectures.
  • Strong stakeholder management, executive-level communication, and product team collaboration skills.

Good to Have Skills / Project Experience / Certifications

  • Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and mobile device management (MDM).
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)).
  • Vendor/partner management and cross-team alignment, including collaboration with Microsoft product teams.
  • Experience driving product vision, roadmaps, and feature/technology adoption strategies.
  • Experience architecting and delivering AI-powered solutions, including chatbot/virtual agent development using Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power Virtual Agents.

Education

  • BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
