Position Summary
Level: Manager
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.

Our offerings include engineered transformation services for hybrid cloud infrastructure and platforms, prioritizing resiliency, optimization, and extensive automation. We integrate advanced connectivity with AI infrastructure and enterprise networks to boost operational efficiency and enable real-time data processing. Additionally, we provide comprehensive management of all facets of operations for hybrid cloud infrastructure and field operations.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 10+ years of hands on technical experience on Infrastructure Admin operations working on stack.
- Work with Senior Software Engineers, Architects, Dev Managers and Business Analysts to clearly define and understand business requirements, development estimation and work plans for multiple internal enterprise projects
- Work with Lead architects to conceptualize and prototype the appropriate solution, present to the other stake holders and document the design of the business component required to implement the solution. Own the responsibility (or as part of a team) of the infrastructure changes for individual projects.
- Recommend technological solutions/options when required on projects and teams to achieve business objectives.
- Design, Build, Test and document Infrastructure changes
- Lead and represent CAB , PRB meetings
- Implement ITIL process
- Coordinate with other SE and cross functional team members, both onshore and offshore for solutions and development tasks on projects.
- Take ownership (or as part of team) of the solutions and conduct periodic audit review to verify compliance as per the set standards.
- Assist Operations Team with any infrastructure /environment issues during application deployment across Development, QA, Staging and Production environments.
- Investigate and isolate system issues, develop a strategy to fix them and work other stake holders to implement.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and unblocking them during technical challenges.
- Manage team and their deliverables.
- Minimum 4 years bachelor’s degree in technical field.
- Expert problem solver. Finding simple answers to complex questions or problems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
